Airport Transportation (Uber)
To make your arrival and departure easier, we’re providing complimentary Uber Digital Gift Cards to cover rides between RSW Airport and the Resort. Please confirm your request when you RSVP, and you will receive your code via email by October 15, 2025.
Local Shuttle Service (Beach & Downtown)
Naples Bay Resort offers complimentary shuttles to the beach, 5th Avenue South, and 3rd Street South daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. Each shuttle fits 14 guests and runs hourly—reservations are recommended each morning at the front desk. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are also included!

Airports
The closest airport to the resort is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers—about 40 minutes away by car and the most convenient option for domestic flights.
Miami International Airport (MIA) is another option for international guests, approximately 2 hours away by car. If you’re flying in from abroad, MIA offers more direct international routes and may be your best choice.
Getting to the Resort
From either RSW or MIA, you have several options to reach Naples Bay Resort:
Uber or Lyft: Rideshares are widely available at both airports. We’ll be providing Uber gift cards to help cover your trip from RSW.
Car Rentals: Available at both airports for added flexibility, especially if you plan to explore Naples and the surrounding areas.
Private Transfer: For guests flying into MIA, private shuttle services or car hires are available and may be ideal for longer trips or larger parties. Feel free to reach out if you’d like recommendations!
Traveling from Miami International Airport?
If you're arriving through MIA, we recommend booking a private transfer to make your journey to Naples more comfortable and stress-free.
